I teach courses in American politics at Elmira College and hold a PhD in Political Science and an MA in Public Affairs from Stony Brook University . I have been teaching and researching in political science for over 20 years and have taught a wide range of courses in American politics, including all of the institutions. These offerings have been at Stony Brook, the University at Buffalo, and at Elmira College. I currently serve as the on-air political analyst for WENY-TV in Elmira, NY.
To go along with this more formal background, I have been a volunteer in political campaigns and held offices in local and state party organizations. I am also an avid fan of science fiction and as voracious a reader as my slow pace allows.
